Published refund window
The Yu Sleep seller publishes a 60-day refund policy on getyusleep.com. The start date and procedural terms should be checked on the current policy page before purchase.
A guarantee is a seller policy, not a clinical promise that the product will improve sleep. A person can find a product unsuitable even when a return window exists.
What to check before ordering
Review who pays return postage, whether the seller requires advance authorization, what must be returned, and whether any shipping or handling charges are excluded. Current terms can vary; the seller’s written policy governs.
Keep the order number, full purchase receipt and relevant correspondence. These can matter if you contact support.
What to do if you want a refund
Contact the seller through the support instructions shown at purchase or on the seller’s refund-policy page. Do not mail items to an address found on an unrelated affiliate site without first confirming the authorized return process.
If your payment was handled through a marketplace or other processor, follow the terms for that order.
Common confusion about guarantee claims
Promotional statements such as “risk-free” should always be read alongside the written conditions. A 60-day policy does not automatically mean unlimited free returns, free shipping or refund of every incidental charge.
