The refund policy instructs customers to email support with “Refund Request” in the subject line and return every purchased bottle, whether opened, empty or unopened, with the packing slip. The seller lists a returns location in Aurora, Colorado.

It explicitly states that the buyer pays return postage. Retaining the box, packing slip, purchase receipt and tracking evidence can make the process easier.

Refund processing and timing
