Derila Ergo publishes a 60-day return window starting from receipt of the goods. Its policy lists damaged packaging, defective or incorrect products and change of mind as qualifying scenarios, subject to its conditions.

How to request the return

Contact the seller through the official contact form within the stated period, provide name, email, order number and the reason for the request, and await the return authorization and form.

The written policy says the seller normally responds within three business days. Returns sent without the required form or tracking may not be accepted.

Return postage, inspection and refund

The English return page says shipping costs are not refundable. A separate locale-specific policy distinguishes the treatment of original standard delivery fees for withdrawals notified within 14 days from returns during days 15–60. Do not promise a refund of initial shipping to a US buyer: request confirmation of the terms governing the actual order. Return postage is ordinarily at the buyer’s expense.

After receipt and inspection, the seller states it issues a refund within 14 days, with additional bank processing time. We therefore do not describe the policy as 'keep the pillow and get an instant refund.'
